O.k. So, It did not cause my skin to roll off like it did it some of the videos I have seen but these really are great. These exfoliate much better than any glove I’ve tried through years. In fact, these made my exfoliating gloves seem more like a rag in comparison. I realized how ineffective those gloves have been in comparison. I have very dry skin, especially my elbows knees and feet and these have worked wonders! My elbows etc now are very soft and I only use these mittens about 3 times a week. It is great to use before applying self tanning lotion but keep in mind, it will remove any built up tan you have going lol But eliminated the dark spots from build up on dry skin so I use just on those dry areas most often. These do shrink a little when they get wet but since they are larger than other mittens I have seen, these are not hard at all to keep on your hands (I would wear a medium glove for reference). I would say, These feel like sandpaper for the skin. That’s exactly how I would describe these so daily use is not a good but also, it’s not even needed with these. They could cause tenderness in the skin but I think really that would depend on how much pressure you apply. These have worked great for my elderly mom who has very dry skin which is also thinning and sensitive but again, it is the pressure applied so these have cut way back on her very dry skin and have not cause her irritation. These also have a little tag on the inside which has worked great as a loop to hang them in the shower to dry. Very convenient. I still use softer exfoliating gloves as well on the daily and then use these mittens 2-3 times a week for a deeper exfoliating. Love these! I’ve been giving them out to everyone in my family to try!

Love love love! Great for exfoliating! I only really use the blue/green ones, so next time I order I will be getting those ones, the yellow ones are so fine I don't see a purpose for them. Don't have the "skin falling off" effect, but they work wonderfully!

I'm big on exfoliation. I only use a face cloth for my face after I use a mask of some sort. Scrubby gloves were my go to- I could get my elbows and back of triceps (they've made the skin SUPER SMOOTH there) and my hips. I even made up a scrubby glove song that I sing in the shower. Truth- We shed a lot of skin all day- scrubbing keeps the skin fresh, shiny, alive! A friend told me about these a couple of weeks ago- I dug it but wished they were bigger. Then I found these mitts- OMG. They're more coarse which I love. They're thinner which means they dry faster and don't go smelly as quickly and they're easier to wring out. The product arrived right on time and well packaged. It was also as described. However, I have large hands and I can't fit my hands in them, so be aware. They are also scratchy so they should do a great job of exfoliating! I wish they had fit! I don't know if anyone else in the family will use them or not.

Make sure you buy the right color of intensity for you. Mine was blue and I love it.

I wish I could find a huge one to use as a body scrubber because it cleans so well. I love how my skin feels exfoliated after I wash.

Very good, must soak first and then you will see how easy this scrubs off your dead skin.
