I got an xl back in April 2022 and using it in collaboration with working at st h th e gym my waist is down from a size 38 yo a 36.In the process or ordering a large to fit more snuggly.Really good for the price .

The size chart is a bit off to start. It runs a bit big. Also it would be much better if the second flap had velcro to secure it before you pull the final strap to secure it. It is a bit cumbersome to get a tight wrap.Other than that it works.

Didn’t work

Been using it for a couple weeks now. Absolutely loved the fit and flexibility. The margins of adjustability were spaced well enough to tighten it without adding discomfort. It's a very comfortable material, firm, and fits over a shirt and under another shirt without being overly noticeable so you can definitely wear it out without looking too weird. It's been great for appetite suppression and for someone who does not like blankets, keeps me pretty warm. When I take it off I can feel my gut clenching and twitching a little trying to stay in place where the trainer was keeping it. Very effective. 10/10 would buy again.

I'd rate this 5 stars, but the hook and loop fasteners have stopped fastening on the compression strap after only two weeks of use. I use it all day, every day, at work and love it and an going to continue using it, but I am going to sew some actual Velcro onto the strap.
