This is second Ayurveda book and I’m very pleased I purchased it. The information is simply and beautifully presented, which makes it a pleasure to read and easy to dip back into for reference.If you’re looking for an Ayurveda book, buy this one!

A superb book
I absolutely loved this book and read it cover to cover. Anu Paavola has shown a remarkable ability to assimilate thousands of years of Ayurvedic teachings and knowledge into an easily digestible(!) book which is full of wisdom and also, crucially, 100% applicable to modern life. Anu explains the concepts of Ayurveda and also shows us practically how we can incorporate Ayurveda into daily life. I would say that every page is thought provoking for beginners, as well as for those who already have advanced Ayurvedic knowledge. Anu has shown a huge depth and breadth of knowledge and is up to date with all the current "Wellbeing" trends, most of which turn out to have their roots in Ayurveda. Highly recommend!

Perfect for anyone interested in Ayurveda or just health
I so enjoyed this book. It's packed with information, and after years of being interested in Ayurveda, I've never been clearer about it and how to incorporate it into my life. Anu writes from her vast experience and makes Ayurveda's ancient wisdom about health and wellbeing accessible and achievable. In this book it's easy to find what your specific body needs and then how to help yourself achieve more balance on a physical and emotional level.

Unreadable in kindle version
I do not recommend buying it in the kindle version, it is impossible to read. The summary information is practical and good, but it is a sacrilege for readers who want to read on kindle :(
