C5 Corvette Garden Stake Weathervane

I bought this weathervane 3 years ago and I couldnt figure out why it wouldnt spin. I contacted the seller 3 years later just out of the blue and asked if he had any info or tips. Not only did he contact the manufacturer he had a new one sent as mine had a defect and I got it today Thank you ever so much for going above and beyond on a 3 yr order..
