For me, the watch is easy to use thanks to an instructional video showing how to program. For my daughter, the simple reminder has limited her number of accidents she has; that is, when she wants to. However, the real reason I am writing this review is the Athena Team. About two weeks after receiving the watch and use of it, my daughter was washing her hands/playing in the sink. I noticed afterwards the USB port for charging had came out of it's silcon protective slot and was soaked. That night, the watch started acting strange. After a day or two of letting it dry out, i plugged it in on the charger. Instantly, the watch came to life but was cycling through it timer chimes and flashing every color it could with the tine reading 8888. There is no doubt in my mind that my daughter accidently killed the watch. I reached out to the Athena team, explaining exactly what had happened to the watch, in the hopes that they may have seen something like this before and to see if there was possible a way to fix the problem. I emailed them at 10pm on Wednesday and with in 24 hours, I got their response. It was their opinion that the watch failed manufacture specs and was defective. They are now sending a replacement watch to us. Free of charge.Even with what I would deem as prolong exposure to water and the Athena team fully knowing that had happened,they still are send us the free replacement. Can't say enough about how their customer service; how prompt and friendly they were. The product performs as it should. It is easy-to-use for the parents and helps keep your toddler in a routine, but company is what makes it great. Thank you Athena Team.

UPDATE (8/21/22)We have been through 2 of these. They don’t last long. 1st one lasted almost 2 months. Second one lasted a month. My son loves the watch, but if you get more than a little splash of water on it they WILL glitch and stop working. My son got the tiniest bit of water on the screen while washing his hands and it completely stopped working. Sucks because my son loves this watch but this is the second time (and last time) we are buying it. Thankfully our little one is very comfortable going without the watch now and we will just settle for a regular toddler watch now. There’s probably much better quality potty watches on the market that will last longer.(7/12/22) We had to find something exciting to get our 2.5 year old son ready for potty training. By day 2 of potty training he was over it, so I bought this watch and we started seeing progress immediately! He loves the little tunes that play when the alarm goes off, and it’s easy for him to turn it off with one press of the button. This is also helpful for when our little one is having a lot of fun and gets side tracked, but once he hears the watch go off he’s reminded he needs to potty!

I rarely right reviews unless I fell like I need to let others know important details but regardless of that.Cons:*getting the settings and alarms set up was a challenge. To navigate.* my 2 1/2yr old son likes to play with the buttons so the battery dies quickly* the silicone band that the watch sits in makes it easy for a toddler to remove and loose … several times in fact…. He takes it off and the watch itself is black and small hard to find once lost….* the settings need to be changed at night or it will go off all hours of the night . Would be nice in the programming if there was a way to turn on and off the alarm or maybe a switch on the side per volume on off so the settings g do not have to constantly change.* it’s not very loud I have a hard time hearing the chimes . if I’m in the kitchen I can not hear his watch just only 13ft away . (Maybe I could wear it and it could remind me to take him to the potty?)Pros:*Durable for a 2 1/2 yr old rough and tumble boy.* water resistant per hand washing and outside play* rechargeable feature makes it nice not having to buy and mess with small parts and batteries* watch creates a habit when it chimes and or vibrates it’s time to potty .*watch is not expensive reasonably priced.Over all I would say it’s worth the purchase. Although if you can find a rechargeable watch that’s one solid piece would be a better option to avoid it being removed or lost. And the buttons should not be Accessible to little hands it should’ve been placed under the silicone banding. This watch has helped my son potty better when he has worn it and not removed it but overall it is a good product

Me gustó que tiene opciones para crear alarmas es discreto y funcional paralos niños pero mi hijo no se acostumbró a usar reloj.

Pretty expensive but works very well and it's quite cute. Useful to remind about potty during training, especially when kid is busy with playing, screen time etc. After training works very well as regular cute watch.

Fantastic product and company. 2-3 days after receiving and using the watch there was an issue. The watch detects when not being warned and stops the alarms. The detection stopped working and the alarms would continue when our son wasn't wearing the watch. We contacted support and they sent a new watch. We received it within two days free of charge no shipping no nothing new watch is working perfectly and no issues for a week now.Our 3 year old loves that he has his own watch and as soon as the alarm starts he runs to the potty because he know it's time.Great product and great company. Recommend fully!

Dopo due mesi di utilizzo ha smesso di funzionare purtroppo...l'orologio, una volta che il display si spegne, va in tilt mostrando la schermata di "errore durante il caricamento" e si resetta, rendendolo praticamente inutilizzabile. Mi spiace veramente tanto perché era indispensabile a mia figlia che lo utilizzava per andare a fare pipì ogni due ore, avendo un problema alla vescica. Di per sé era molto carino e utilissimo, faceva il suo dovere.

We’ve been dealing with potty struggles for a very long time with a strong-willed child who hates being told what to, will rarely decide to use the potty on her own, and is not bothered by wet pants. This watch has been a massive help! It’s easy to use, our daughter loves it, and the battery life is great (one charge lasts about 5-6 days). Very happy!
