Mediocre product. Didn't really work for me.
Several months ago I started looking for a probiotic. I was sick for what seemed like the majority of the time during the fall and winter months and I was fed up with it. I came across this product. It is actually cheaper to buy it online if you have free shipping than to buy a similar product at the store. I thought it would last me two months because it has sixty caplets. I read the directions and they say to take one to three by mouth daily with food. I have been taking it for about two weeks now. I actually am sick for the first time since starting probiotics three months ago. I tried this because it was about ten dollars cheaper than others that I’ve been using. It also has less billions of all the good stuff. The medicine is in gel cap form which is different from hard tablets I am used to. The only thing I really found interesting about this was that it can be refrigerated to prolong shelf life. This was purchased last month and has a manufacture date from two months ago. It expires in two and a half years. I will not be purchasing this product and other than the fact that it contains probiotics I will not recommend it to others.
