A great take on supernatural horror
While it isn't the deepest story I have to admire the simplicity of the premise and tension it creates. These things are horrific monsters and you've got no idea what they can do, if they can touch you or even possess you, you can't fight them so the "ignorance is bliss" tactic is all you have. And just in this one volume they've already started doing solid variations, some being overtly hostile others being neutral, some gross some pleasant, some have context and implication and some don't. Keeps it interestingThe light comedy also helps, creates a nice contrast/ pallet cleanser and asks as sort of like an emergency tether for the scary stuff. Yeah that guy is bleeding black blood from his upside-down head, but oh look they're eating a butt bun, how wackyArt wise it's very nice to look at. The designs for the ghosts are pretty creative and gruesome too, think of it like a combination of Jujutsu kaisen and Scary Stories to tell in the DarkOverall this is a must for horror fans, I cannot wait for more(Also I loved the touch of the thing on the inside cover also being reflected in her eyes)

Spooky art, well drawn
I'm still pretty new to manga but I was really drawn to the art and premise here. I'm pretty into the supernatural and anime and this really satisfied my hunger for that type of content. Looking forward to reading more!

Enjoyable slice of horror
This book is a type I've never read before, a sort of slice of horror. The premise is that Miko can see ghosts and desperately pretends she can't. Each chapter is a little short story focusing on her life.In terms of horror, I didn't find it particularly scary, so if that's what you're looking for, you'd be better elsewhere. This is the more broad definition of horror. Some are kinda gross, some are weird, and the last one is a straight punch to the gut I liked that one.The art is pretty good. The artist makes sure to focus on the small expressions Miko makes and its those small touches that pull the book through. So, if you're looking for a touch of horror, this book is for you

Disturbing slice of life.
The manga arrived in great condition. I really enjoy the artwork in this series, the monsters that Mieruko-Chan encounters are extremely disturbing and also fun to look at.The characters are charming in their own way. Mieruko is always putting her friends and her family first before herself even though she has been placed in this terrible situation without any real explanation. Her best friend is a ditzy girl with a heart of gold. Although these characters have pretty well defined cookie cutter arch types I still love them.I'm looking forward to see where the story is going to go to next. This manga makes me feel at home and warm inside. I hope it does the same for others!

I LOVE THIS SERIES
I bought the first 4 or 5 volumes on kindle, but quickly fell in love with the series. So much so that I had to own the physical copies. So I bought all the books (yet to be released) over again. If you are a fan of the horror genre, but aren't into really messed up or disgusting scenarios then I suggest this series. I have read up to volume 7 and am always eager to receive the next instalment. In my opinion it's a nice blend of horror, comedy and cute/heartwarming things. To the author/artist, keep up the good work! I look forward to the next volume! :D <3

Gran arte, buena historia, buena comedia.Muy recomendado.

overall a very enjoyable book
It was a very chill read, had a good laugh. The beginning 4-5 chapters were a bit slow and not so engaging but overall a very enjoyable book

Cute, and well written
I lived the anime but I’m loving the manga, now anime has more ecchi and extended subplots, while the manga is more focused in the protagonist being portrayed like a “normal” teenager, no ecchi, romantic interest just a girl being a girl
