I tried this one because the torso for womens is often too short. I had to take my bra off for this pic because it came up so high so I have some adjustments to make. The material seems breathable. I love it. I love the adjustability.

I knew it when I viewed it. This "belt" is not going to give you abs of a figure like pictured. I'm also a digital photo editor by career, so I knew as soon as I saw the product photos that they were grossly fake and misleading, just like almost all the Chinese import products on Amazon these days.But I didn't want this to lose weight or make me thinner. I want it for back support due to chronic pain. The product is completely different size than pictured. It does not reach from chest to waist. It is much narrower/shorter. The straps are half the width, and there is no metal boning in it at all. There are some very flimsy rubber tubes, but they are not in the straps as advertised.

I did not get this item because I lift weights. I have lower back problems and this product really helps keep my posture correct and does help relieve pain in my lower back. I have tried other products, and they tend to pinch and bind when sitting. After wearing this item for a week to provide an honest review, this product is very comfortable, even when sitting, driving or doing daily activities. The three settings for the hook-and-eye fasteners is augmented by three hook-and-pile elastic bands which really help to adjust tension when more or less is needed. This is an awesome product and is very comfortable to wear all day. I highly recommend this product if you have a job where heavy lifting is required, or if you have back problems and need extra support.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Waist Cincher. This is my 3rd product of this type &I can honestly say this is the best product I have used. The 3 straps with the girdle makes a huge difference. I wear this 16-18 hours per day and it feels good. Also work out while wearing it. Very sleek, comfortable and lightweight. I am 6'1" 235lbs and received an XL if you are looking for a size comparison

While it does offer back support (which is great for someone like me who has a history of back injuries) it is not made to make you look thinner. I want everyone who is reading this to understand that. Excellent for back support, poor if you want it to make you look thinner. If you are overweight it pushes the sides of your abdomen in therefore making your front push out, hence making you look heavier than you are. I literally look 20 pounds heavier when I wear it so I only wear it around the house to support my back. Also the item is smaller than what is being advertised. I’m 5’10 and it barely covers my abdomen and I’m only 213 pounds.

This new support device exceeded my expectations. I chose this unit to increase sweat un my abdominal area, concentrate on my core, and let's see about my lower lumbar with its herniated disc with a tear of 10 years now? I use the PROFORM HIIT PRO. Once I hit the 3 mile run, my lower back tires which causes fatigue mentally and physically. The Waist trainer has bendable support rods in the back. Also adding 3 straps to increase the hold. Keeping my back and head erect so I can continue burning calories at a high rate. How I have beat my old time by almost 5 minutes because I don't tire to a slow strides ie short breaks. Thanks guys.. I highly recommend this and ensure you choose your shirt size so you get a firm fit. I don't like the clamps to lace it up. I prefer the zipper. I guess they were trying to eliminate the possibility of it coming off track... 2 THUMBS UP!

The waist trainer arrived packaged very nicely, with a great presentation. I'm a fairly tall guy (6' 1") and 210 lbs. My torso is long so I always have a bit of an issue with the bottom of the trainers rolling up. The waist trainer works superbly. My training sessions are approx. 90+ minutes and not one time did I have to stop and pull down or reposition the waist trainer down. it stayed in place and most importantly I could feel it working to help me keep my abs contracted. The corset clips do take some time to get them all fastened, but in my opinion that is what keeps the trainer locked in helping to keep the abs engaged. The velcro straps assist in keeping the trainer in place, but compared to the many other waist trainers I've used, the big difference and improvement would be the corset clips.If you are looking for a very effective waist trainer that WILL work... you have to give this one a try. Another suggestion would be to choose your size based on your shirt size. I found that helped me too, you don't want it to fit loose.

Soy mujer y depronto esperaba que fuera un poco mas fuerte en la espalda para el tema del dolor de espalda, pero funciona bien para mi, para la movilidad, tuve una bebe. El largo es perfecto, pero creo que debi pedir una más pequeña pero según la tabla M(81cm-87cm) era perfecta para mi pues mi cintura es 87cm, osea casi talla L. El velcro por ahora funciona bien y ayuda a apretar un poco más pero estoy en el último gancho, si funciona como espero puede que compre la talla SI am a woman and suddenly I expected it to be a little stronger in the back for the issue of back pain, but it works well for me, for mobility, I had a baby. The length is perfect, but I think I should have asked for a smaller one but according to the table M (81cm-87cm) it was perfect for me since my waist is 87cm, I mean almost size L. The velcro for now works well and helps to tighten more but I'm on the last hook, if it works as I hope I may buy size S

It’s great as length cause I wanted compression on my upper abdomen! I find there’s not a lot of support around the front section of the belt! I adjusted smaller and it was still the same results so I don’t use it anymore! Went back using my faja!
