Q: Is the shelf bra like a complete built inside bra with the swimsuit on top?

The shelf bra is not like a bra with cups. It is just extra fabric in the bust area. I have found that it is much longer than the Land's End tall swim suits that I used to buy, which was a pleasant surprise.

Q: Does the shelf bra offer enough coverage and support, so that it is not embarassingly revealing for the more endowed women on top?

I ordered both a size 22 and 24 as I wasn't sure which size was going to fit best and I actually wanted it to be just flat with no cups like how it is advertised. I am nonbinary transmasculine and was actually very excited to finally find a one piece that was long enough and also didn't have cups, it was a double win for me. Sadly, both of the suits that I received have sewn in cup and even with a 38 D/DD size chest, they are still too big. For standards in women's clothing I typically wear a size 22, sometimes 20 or 24 but usually 22. And in mens I generally wear a size 44 pants and about an XL top, 2XL for a looser fit for comfort and chest minimizing effects. So I'm super disappointed because I saw no reviews saying that anyone received it with cups sewn in and both that I got have sewn in cups. Even if I was to carefully remove the cups, there is no lining fabric left if the cups are removed. I was really just looking for a flattening effect bc again, I'm trans.

Criss cross back -- it is good for lap swimming -- straps do not fall down while swimming

Q: What is the difference between the conservative and the moderate ultraback?

More butt and upper thigh coverage. Plus the back doesn't plunge low.
