I bought two of these for Christmas Happy's for two older sisters. One loves it in her purse and says it works good. One I found out later doesn't carry a purse but uses it in her bathroom and said it works great in that it lights up when she walks in. So, guess I got lucky on that one and both were good for side gifts.

Works as expected - good for vehicles too!
Gave as a gift and worked excellent for the recipient. Until she couldn't figure out how to open it to change the battery and brought it back to me! It is a little finicky to open, but I changed it for her. Then she said she got a smaller purse anyway and it didn't fit...so now I have a glove box light :) Works great, looks good.

Works until it doesn't
Got it for my mother, weekend great until the batteries died. There is nowhere to access the batteries for replacement. The batteries that came with it didn't last too long either, so it likely takes very small batteries.

Awesome little light!!
I'm so in love with this light! It's super light weight but totally lights up the inside of my bag so I can easily find stuff (in my way too messy bag) when it's too dark to see. I also love that that it's versatile and I can use it other places, even in the car! Will definitely be buying a few more of these!

Does the trick
This product is a welcome addition to my cavernous purse. It is not blindingly bright, but it does the trick. By the way, I first tried another purse light Handbag/Purse Light with Automatic Sensor The Perfect Bag Light Motion-Activated Purse Light by Wasserstein , but it was not nearly as bright.

Handy Item!
I bought this handbag purse for a neighbor who suffers from poor vision and complained that she could not find anything in her purse because of its dark inside lining. She uses it all the time and loves it! I mentioned the purchase to friends, and I found there is great interest in it. In fact I want one for myself when I'm in the dark and fishing for an item like car keys!
