I was born flat footed and now at an old age working for 12 hours in the night I have been suffering feet pain, plantar fasciitis for so many years. I am worried retirement is still far fetch and suffering with this foot pain getting worst and worst everyday. I have experimented so many orthotic insole and nothing has work for me. And finally I said I will give kelaide orthotic insoles a chance. And hold and behold this is the ONE that works for me its a miracle it make my feet back to life or I can say pain is gone. it simply made my feet so comfortable wearing my shoes while at work for 12 hrs. I tried wearing these and was only able to for about 4 hours, then had to take them out because my feet hurt. This is not unusual because it takes a while for your feet to adjust to the new support. Declined to try again the next day, because I knew I would be on my feet for several hours. Was going to try them again today but discovered my feet won't fit in my mule-type shoes, these orthodics are high profile. I believe they will be good once I get my feet used to them, but beware that you will need lace up shoes that you can open up so your feet and these orthodics will fit.

Bought for 10 year old son to use in his shoes to help his ankles from rolling in. Very pleased with purchase.

My foot doctor finally found out what was wrong with my foot after an MRI, and he told me to get insoles like these. Well the ones at the drug store looked so bulky, that I decided to buy these. I am so incredibly glad I purchased these! I can finally walk pain free, and I haven't been able to do so in months! Thank you so much! Purchase this product, you won't regret it! I apparently sprained my toe and almost dislocated it, and almost broke my plantar plate, so I have bursitis right now. These are a great help, they really are! The support is wonderful, and they're not bulky at all. They fit in every single sneaker I own. I am however sticking to wearing cross training sneakers like he recommended, and that helps together with these.

I have extremely bad pronation, so I developed blisters on the sides of my foot arches. Pictured is after 3 days of healing from a 5 mile hike. Though the Insoles gave me blisters, it helped tremendously on my ankles though. No longer feeling pain when I hike. I will need to check out Protalus M75 to see if the high sides of their insoles will help eliminate blisters on my next long hike.

I liked these insoles so much that I'm going to order two more for my outside work boots and yard sneakers. The insoles have very good arch support and are not too high. Before I bought these, I had to perform foot stretches for each foot, 3 times/day for 3 minutes per foot to help ease the pain with plantar fasciitis on my one foot. Now that I'm wearing these insoles on a regular basis I've notice very little to no pain on my left foot and no more foot stretches!

These would be great except they made my shoe to tight across the top of my foot. They are well made and looked like would help for support.

These inserts are amazing! They feel no different from the expensive inserts I bought online that cost $65 per pair.These inserts have great arch support and look and feel very sturdy. I am expecting that they will last as long as the pair that cost 3X the amount.You do not have to remove the existing insoles from your shoes to use these supportive insoles.Your feel will thank you for the support and comfort upgrade!

These are great for me as I have narrow feet. Due to the trainer's I am wearing which are designed more for people with wide feet my heels move around when walking not giving me the support I need this causes stress on my ankles which is very painful. Threse insole keep my heals in place putting less stress on my ankles and after 2 weeks the pain in my ankle is almost gone. So for me these insoles are well worth the money.

I've had really bad plantar fasciitis for some time. I usually walk at least 5 miles every day but I've only been able to hobble around the house.So, I saw these and, after reading the reviews, decided to have a go- what had I got to lose?They are MAGIC! They feel a tad uncomfortable when you first wear them but oh my goodness...I can walk pain-free now. The pain no longer keeps me awake at night either.I'll be buying many more pairs!

I have a really high instep and can sometimes find if I wear flat boots especially in the winter my feet really ache at the end of the day.Mainly because there is no support for my arches, I put these in my ugg boots and my feet were extremely grateful.I will definitely be getting another pair, I used to avoid all flat shoes for this reason. Hopefully now I'll be able to wear some Adidas Stan Smiths or vans next summer.

I have bought these to supplement my custom fitted insoles. I use these in my sports shoes and gardening shoes. They are adequate for these but would not be ok for continuous use. I like the arch raise but the bulge aft of the metatarsal is not high enough for my needs. CFor the price, they are very good as they cost only 5% of the price of my. Custom made insoles. Suggest they are well worth a try, they may suit your feet perfectly.

Obviously, people's feet vary considerably and choosing a shoe insert is something of a gamble. However, in my case these inserts have made a notable difference to me when walking. The support is ideal and the pain I used to experience has virtually disappeared after problems over a number of years. I would suggest that you research any foot problems you may have and seek a shoe insert to cater for those needs. These shoe inserts cover a multitude of sins - absolutely delighted with them.
