Really sharp. Just got it yesterday and pretty good deal. The handle tang is a tiny bit sticking out from wood grips that are nicely finished maybe wood shrank during a heating finish or the tang could use tiny bit of grinding to mate with grips better. That being said, I think it is very much a bargain at the price. Unless you are using it all day long, the tang won't be a factor. Leather sheath is fairly heavy duty and sturdy. Knife actually seems well balanced way beyond the clumsy appearance. Heavy weigh but feel in hand is good.4.5 for the money. add free shipping and sheath? solid 5 of 5. the very minor tang issue is easy to live with. Almost not worth mentioning.

I am a former chef and still know my way around a kitchen. After seeing similar knives on those Facebook videos (y'all know the ones) I had to have one of these. The price point was great so I took a chance. This thing is sharp and well built and balanced. I have Henkles, and this is now my go-to knife in the kitchen. I have other knives as well that require special care and oiling, this stainless is easy to clean and holds it's edge.

I was really surprised by the size of the knife. For the money I was paying I thought it would be small. But it wasn't. It is really sharp and I enjoy using it for cutting everything.
