I don't know if the one I received was a fluke or not, but the terminal on the red wire that goes over the stud on the solenoid was too small. It looked to be sized for a 1/4" stud but needs to be sized for 5/16". No huge deal, as I just replaced it with the proper size. I am positive that the issue was not the cart I was working on, as I've been working on this brand since the 90's and know what is right. Other than that, it fit and functioned perfectly and got my charging voltage back down to where it should be.In a nutshell, for the money and speed I received it (next day) I would buy it again.

Made in China so I fixed the broken lead on my original unit and will keep this as a spare. I don't know how well it works or how long it will last. You get what you pay for.
