Safbrew S-33 Yeast, 11.5g

I use it for making mead, and the results have been great so far! Doesn't seem to affect the flavors or aromas much.

The yeast came quickly and was exactly as described. I'm excited to use this in some of my home-brewing projects I have coming up.
