Q: Do the sizes tend to run small or large?

The slip-ons appear to run 1/2 size smaller than the Sketchers tie shoes. I take a 10 1/2 in Sketchers that tie, but I had to return the 10 1/2 in the slip-ons, a little too snug.

Q: Are these narrow? My dad normally waers size 14. Do i need a 14 wide in this shoe or will q4 regular be wide enough? Any information will be great.

My son wears a 15 and he does not find the shoe to be tight in width. From past purchases, wide is wide.

Q: Is 11 extra wide the same as 11W?

I normally wear a 10+1/2 to a11+1/2 extra wide in different skechers walking shoes. on these though, they recommended a size 11. I had my doubts that they would be a proper fit, but when I received them; they were a perfect fit for me. Due to back problems, I have trouble bending over; so I used a short shoe horn to help get my heel in properly. Once on properly, they gave a snug fit in width+ just enough room in the toe clearance. 4e is extra-wide so in you normally wear D the 4e will be loose.
