So far I like this pool cover. It is very heavy and lays down well on the pool top. The wind blows really bad here in the winter so if it doesn’t hold up, I will edit this review. I didn’t get the pillow that I thought was supposed to come with it but maybe that was an oversight on my part and I misunderstood. The anchor cable wire really doesn’t help a whole lot. I wish there was a better design there. We had to tie cinder blocks to the eyelets all around the pool to keep the wind from lifting the cover. Overall, so far, it seems pretty sturdy and so far, I am pleased with it.

I doubted myself when I pressed the order button on this pool cover. It costs a lot more than I usually spend for one. What if it's as thin and as the ones Ive bought every/every other year? Well let me tell you..It is NOT thin, it is THICK and heavy and it seems to almost have a rubber coating on the outside. Where the grommets are is a VERY THICK band of stitching. That is where my old tarps that did not have that band of stitching failed first. My Wife and I put the 24' Yankee Sapphire Series on our above ground pool no problem and it lays well and looks freaking awesome!!! Since the cover is thicker and heavier and lays well, it actually went on the pool easier than my old ones. I will try to remember to update this review for you after several years when I am sure I will still be using it. Don't doubt yourself on this one, it's worth the extra bucks. This pool cover is extremely well made and heavy duty for the cost. We purchased one before this (a cheaper, different brand) and sent it back right away, it was so thin and lightweight we had concerns about it surviving the first month! Even with three 4x4 pool pillows under it we had almost 2 feet of overhang to tie it down. The wire cable and winch made it easy to secure it around the pool. Looking forward to seeing how it will do in strong wind but feeling pretty confident it will hold up nicely. So happy with this purchase.

It is really hard to write a review on a product I have just received without going through a year of testing but..."I have high hopes for this cover. It is heavier and made better. I have been getting my winter cover from my local pool store since I got the pool in 1997. I am so tired of replacing it every 2 years. I think and hope this one lasts longer because it is made better. Time will tell.

This is the first year for this winter cover. We live in Western PA where it gets very windy, cold, and snowy. I’m hoping this lasts a few winters! It was easy to install and came with the cable to go through the grommets on the side of the cover. The grommets also seem sturdy and well reinforced with extra black finishing material. Thank you!

I purchased this based on the thickness and sturdiness (14x14 scrim) & reinforced grommets as well. Hopefully it will stand up to the Buffalo winters well because this is more than I’d like to spend! It went on my 24 ft pool well and looks/feels thick & sturdy, but time & Mother Nature will tell. I never expect more than 2 or 3 yrs out of the many winter covers I’ve tried in over 10 years. So I’ll update next summer after the winter season.

This is the first pool cover I have purchased that I am totally impressed with the thickness and strength of a heavy duty tarp with a strong nylon reinforced edging w grommets. I have yet to enter the winter months which can become brutal at Times. Most winter covers I have bought for my pool have only lasted a year. I have strong hopes for this one♥️

I decided to buy this pool cover because it was highly rated but it was also very expensive. However, the true proven saying “you get what you pay for) hold true for this cover. The material is a thicker gauge and woven much tighter than the cover it replaced. I’ve seen same size covers for a lot less money and if you want to replace the cover annually those covers might be for you, but you can also expect some dirt and debris when the cover is removed.

Heavy duty and easy to install

This doesn't come with a pillow. Given the price it would have been nice to have received one. The tightening mechanism broke immediately with first time use. Very frustrating.

Tarp is ok, the other pieces are cheap and broke before we even set it up.

This 24ft pool is very difficult to find now. After the 3rd (2001)and best one I planted bushes all round (right down the end of the garden and so it is a lovely surprise when visitors come. I have also had steps up and a platform constructed round a part when the steps are. Make your own or get a carpenter. Lovely for stay at home holidays!Mind you - I am blessed with this lovely garden and I know how lucky I am.
