Is there a difference between hi-print paper and zink paper?

Yes. The hi-print paper is just paper; the cartridge deposits the ink on the paper in passes. The zink paper already has the 'ink' impregnated in the paper, so no additional ink is added during the printing process. This leads to some longevity differences; zink prints don't age as gracefully as dye-sub prints. However, there's a lot more plastic waste in the dye-sub print process, and the cartridges are much more expensive than zink paper.

For this Polaroid I can only use that certain cartridge paper or can I use for example a zink one?

The Hi-Print Printer can only be used with Hi-Print Paper Cartridges. Zink paper will not work.

Can you reload the cartridge with paper?

No, “The Hi-Print prints using a 4 pass dye diffusion thermal transfer process. This printing process requires a special cartridge that holds 10 sheets of paper and the dye (“ink”).”

Does this fit the insta-share phone moto mod ?

No, this paper will only work in the Polaroid Hi-Print Printer.
