Would like a title page with links to recipes. Nice that most ingredients are in my household. Worth a try.

Boring
Cooking is very boring and almost spiceless. Conflicting information throughout the book. While the pictures are beautiful, it fall flat after that with boring recipes that seem to avoid spices that actually improve overall health. The book is also not clear and straightforward, mostly just salads. Also conflicts with own teaching.

Worth it for the flapjacks alone!
I'd recently been hearing and reading a lot about inflammation and the effects of diet on mental health. Hence, I searched for a cook book that brought all those aspects together. I was looking to generally improve my diet, so this book seemed a good option of those on offer. I've had a good look through and done a few of the recipes. There are plenty more I will be trying. I'm not a fan of avocado or aubergine, which appear in a number of the recipes but I will be trying them to see if my tastes have changed. There is something for everyone in here though. And as I've already said, the flapjacks are amazing - sweet, fruity, seedy and nutty. My morning coffee and one of these is just perfect. And I don't know whether it's just the fact that I've tried to improve my diet that I feel brighter, but I do - removing as much pre-processed, additive filled products as I can. The book has meant I've added a lot more fruit, nuts and seeds to my diet, so that's good, however you look at it.

Good read, good info
The book includes recipes and some information regarding healthy eating with the mediterranean diet. Not a huge selection of recipes that fit my tastebuds but it is overall good and easy to follow. The pages feel premium and was nicely displayed.

Enjoyable and excellent
Just excellent. Information about Mediterranean diet is clear and well written. The recipes are simple and delicious. I wish other people would get this book and benefit from its time old wisdom. Eating like this is the ideal way for most people to be and stay healthy for life in my opinion.
