We needed a kalimba with a solid, rich tone for a sample library recording project, and this was actually perfect. I can't comment on the playability as we just needed to record individual notes from it rather than performances, but I can confirm that this is a lovely sounding Kalimba and even the higher notes have a pretty decent amount of sustain and body. It's also nice to look at and seems well made.

Just a little scratch on one of the tines and a drop of dry oil on the matte surface of the wood, but overall manufactured with quality material.The sound is lovely and relaxing, more enjoyable than I expected. Is not specified in the description, but the instrument is tuned on F key. Is very easy to play and learn music from many tabs available on internet.The pitch volume is low, which is normal for kalimbas, very warm and vibrant.Looking for reviews of the product many were concern about the 21 keys and the size of the instrument, but I have L size hands and at first I found the instrument small for it.

I had to tune it a bit when it arrived but all is well, it sounds wonderful and I think it's the only instrument that's just loud enough for me. I find it so relaxing and it's such a good quality! I bought a cheaper one to give as present and it doesn't even compare.

Già al tatto sembra eccezionale!legno robusto, non troppo pesante e avendo l'effetto satinato sembra di toccare del velluto...non so spiegare bene la sensazione ma cmq perfetta! avevo paura che le mie mani non erano adeguate per raggiungere bene le lamelle ma appena ho provado a fare la scala i pollici pizzicavano la lamella senza sgiorare quelle vicine.....il suono non so valutarlo a livello professionale ma sembra avere le note tutte armoniose e della tonalità che piace a me!arrivato puntuale e ben imballato!

Cette kalimba a 21 lames, ce qui peut dérouter des débutants et il faut un petit temps d'adaptation par rapport aux 17 lames.En fait, ces 4 lames supplémentaires ne servent pas beaucoup, mais grâce à elles, la taille de la kalimba est plus grande ce qui donne un son encore meilleur que sur les 2 autres modèles bois pleins en 17 lames de LingTing.Toutes les lames, sans exception sonnent et c'est une kalimba vraiment agréable.Elle est en fa majeur, (si bémol) mais il est facile de la mettre en do majeur.Pour ceux qui disent que c'est difficile parce que les livrets fournis sont pour des 17 lames, cela ne pose pas de problèmes, il suffit de faire abstraction des 4 lames du milieu (B, G, F, A) et après avoir mis les étiquettes sur les lames, il n'y a aucune difficulté particulières, il faut juste de la patience et s'entraîner, conditions indispensables aux progrès.

Es mi segunda Kalimba y la verdad es que me ha sorprendido la calidad. El sonido que ofrece es muy cálido y tiene mucha resonancia. La madera se ve de buena calidad y con muy buenos acabados.Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que está afinada en Fa y es de 21 teclas, así que no va a sonar como una afinada en Do por lo que algunas canciones habría que cambiarlas de tono para que suenen bien.
