Be aware that the resistance level of bands when comparing one manufacturer to another can be different. For instance, the Medium resistance band that my physical therapist uses from a different company is more like the Light resistance band in the Eilison bands.The Eilison bands appear to be well made and should hold up to lots of reps.I chose these because they have smaller ranges of resistance for each band (e.g. 10 to 20 pounds resistance for a band, compared with another company’s resistance level of 10 to 25 pounds of resistance for a band).The nylon carrying bag is handy to keep the bands organized and together, and is useful for easy transport.

These are fantastic for anyone who wants quality & to track just how much they are improving, those who are beginners as the easiest is perfect for PT or elderly. I purchased others that only came in a 3pack and the lightest resistance was quite difficult. The only thing I don’t like is the colors...gradient or all dark colors would show less dirt if putting theses on & off with shoes. I researched all the bands on the market...the adjustable bands are near impossible to track your progress and others had bulky rubberized vs sewn logos that just adds more weight & folding bs getting them into their carry bag. I do wish these came in a mesh carrying bag but still keepers. My PT loved them when I brought them to my appointment to decide which resistance/color I should use for what exercise. These will definitely help me get on the slopes faster and who knows maybe wakeboard. The two hardest of this set will kick your butt! Oh btw learn how to use these to get the results where you want vs tax muscles that don’t achieve the improvements in the certain muscles you want. Who knew some of my other muscles were compensating for others!

Use this at physical therapy clinic. No more patients complaining of rolling up, hurting skin and pulling hair. Comfort, durable and great colors!

Me and my family have used the bands several times since we received them and they are very nice. They are comfortable to use with or without leg coverings as they are soft to the touch. They stay put and do tend to grab leg hairs but it is not painful just slightly annoying. The various tensions helps with progression or exorcise being performed. I have recommended them to friends and family. I only gave 4 stars since I have not used them for a long time. This is also why I did not rate the durability. I will update them after a few months of use

At first I was so mad when I saw and tried these that I thought about returning them. However, decided to hive them a chance since they looked good and strong. Part of the problem at first was that I felt that they were to stiff or too wide for my petit body ( I’m 4’11 tall and 115 lbs) However, I got the hang of it and now LOVE THEM!I think I was just used to the classic robber/silicone/ thin kind that it took me some time to get adapt.Highly reccommend!

This product works perfectly fine for exercising. They are very tight but once you put them on, it does not hurt and you can feel the strength when working out.

I have the rubber band like bands and it always become thin as you pull and I didn’t like to use it. These bands are thick. Doesnt pinch and very durable. Love this purchase.

Excellent quality. I’m not sure about durability yet as I just received them. Package arrived early. Easy to use in your workout. Great exercises included.

I like the stretch of the fabric bands and also the fact they don't slip down or become thin and painful to use like the rubber ones. I really am happy I bought these resistance bands.

El material con el cual están hechas son excelentes otro plus es que manejan 5 niveles de resistencia, la gran mayoría de stas bandas solo traen 3 bandas.
