I brought this for my uncle who was born in South Africa and he absolutely loved it!

Perfect, won’t buy any other brand.

My kids love biltong but they said that this was not great. I tend to agree, the biltong has been cut perfectly, cured well but it does not taste great, possibly the meat quality that is causing this but I would not know. I will still eat it but not likely to buy again.

My first foray in to the world of Biltong inspired by the TV adverts which my kids find hilarious! So, imagine their delight when I slammed some Raging Bull down on the table!OK, I've only had jerky before and I much prefer this as it is much more tender - still chewy mind, but a lot less work than jerky. Flavour is a nice salty beef combo, as I would expect and I could happily munch through a whole bag in one go but luckily I have just enough self control not to.At the moment, I don't have any other brand biltong to compare to and the price seems quite high for 250g of snack, hence I'm giving 4 stars. I will probably try one or two other brands in the future when I need a beefy treat, as I do like this stuff so may re-evaluate this score then.For me, definitely 'lekker my bru'!

Having lived in South Africa I developed a real liking for Biltong. The Raging Bull biltong is the best I have tasted outside of SA and I can’t get enough of it. It is tasty, the perfect texture and oh so good

I used to live in South Africa and this is as good as any I bought when I lived there. Its delicious and a good source of protein. The plain, imho is the best. Highly recommend.

I purchased two 250g original beef biltong packets for my other half, loves her biltong (A Zimbabwean).The worst biltong she'd ever had, full of tough spidery sinew, you wont get any repeat customers with this rubbish. I would recommend finding yourself a local SA shop and buy the real thing, don't be left a Raging bull.
