Just take off the curved bar with the hanging toys and there’s your wee chair.

I haven't had a problem getting stains off as clean straight away. Maybe try some warm water with some white vinergar.

Hey! That's interesting it is happening to you, since the two chairs I have barely make any sounds. You could try placing it on a thing blanket, that way the vibrating would be muffled severly. But still again, this is a strange issue, that I have not encountered. Hope this helps!
