THE STARS ARE PLAYING FOOTBALL

Creative story about team work - Engaging Illustrations-Diversity of Characters
This is an excellent book! My whole family--football fans and not - loves it and particularly my 2 year old boy.The fun and engaging illustrations are very enticing, engaging children to browse through on their own even if they cannot read yet. I love this about books of this type as I believe that this early engagement with books is formative for later years and schooling. The story is well paced and easy for children to relate to. I found it really creative, intelligent and touching! But there is a second layer in the story expressed through the illustrations, and the diversity of the characters portrayed in them. This book is a fun way to introduce little ones to important concepts and a great conversation-starter for parents who want to talk to their kids about diversity, inclusivity and team-work. It can also open up conversations about situations where problem-solving skills are needed.I definitely recommend this book to anyone who sees a little star in the face of every child and loves watching little stars having fun 🙂

This is a wonderful book 🌟
Our son loved this book. It's happy, warm and funny, and he loved the story of stars playing football every night in the galaxy stadium! (he loves football). As a parent, I loved it to - it's a perfect feel-good story to read to him before bedtime, and it's promoting positiveness, kindness, diversity, and inclusivity. A really good book.
