Is this is fully silicone back cover..?

It kind of have a hard plastic which feels like hard silicon on the back and the sides have more of a silicon material. But the quality is good. It's kind of looks like a two part case. It does fit perfect. Anyway it's not a fully silicon and feel case.

Can this case with the magnetic metal plate inside supportwireless carging?
