The Norton Anthology of Literature by Women: The Traditions in English

I was worried it wouldn't be the right Norton edition but I was surprised! ill never buy a book for $50 again!

This book was in good condition

This is an amazing book! There's so much in it, it's well worth the money. The are 1,428 pages, not counting the bibliography and index. It's technically a textbook, but great for anyone who's interested in literature, which was my reason for buying it.

Exactly what I needed for class

I loved this book. It gives a brief background for each of the authors covered; then excerpts of thier works. For an anthology it covers a lot of ground, and leaves you wanting to know more about each writer.

Needed this book for Women in Literatureclass I'm keeping it for my personal library when the class is over ! All of the classics...

This book is a great examination of early women's literature in English. I have learned a lot from it so far and I look forward to picking it up again when I have the time. I'm a university English student, so that's high praise.
