Scitron RAW WHEY 100% Whey Protein Concentrate - 480g (Unflavoured)

Have been consuming Scitron’s isolate whey since a while and have found it to be good.Ordered the concentrate this time as it is better value for money. Got the pack for around Rs 1,600 and it has 792 grams in 33 scoops of protein which makes it around Rs 2 per gram of protein. With the current price hike, the isolate whey turns out to be Rs 2.5 per gram of protein.As this is manufactured by Glanbia and only repackaged by Scitron, the quality is great and doesn’t seem to be pilfered with. However, I preferred the plastic tub over the resealable pack, i guess it’s just cost cutting.Ordered in May 2022 and received an October 2021 batch, which is acceptable.Would surely recommend this.

I recently started working out so I decided to buy a protein concentrate because isolate is very expensive. Even though its a new brand I gave it a try because of online reviews. My first impressions are that its a good quality product. The texture, smell and taste is very similar to milk powder. Mixes well in both milk and water The packaging is good comes with a scoop inside. I used it for one week till now I didn't experience any bloating or stomach irritation. It's a value for money option better than other brands in my view. so go for it while its still below 1k.

I have used Nakpro whey protein isolate platinum before. Now i have bought this product as its reviews are very good and it comes with box not packet/pouch.1. Genuineness : 2/5There is a scratch code over its lid, we can scratch and download TrueMPN app and check if its original or not. But the app itself has bugs. Firstly msg poped '' Invalid product code ''. Then i tried 2-3 attempts to be assured its fake. In the third attempt msg came its genuine.Its good we can check the product originality on the app but the app itself is not good.2. Scoop Size: 0/5As shown in pics, i have compared its (so called 30g) scoop with nakpro 33g scoop. Results you can see. Its way bigger than nakpro. So scoop accuracy is incorrect. It can be 40 g scoop not 30.3. Mixability: 5/5No issues in mixing it with water. But it gives lot of froth. I have mixed one scoop in 200 ml of water and after mixing it for 10 seconds, it becomes double ie 400 ml with forth. After 5 mins, froth settles down then i drank it.4. Smell and taste: 4/5It smells nice just like milk powder. Taste of it is also okiesh. I have tried raw whey for the first time. Didnt find any issue regarding taste or smell.These are my initial impression about this product. Dont know how it will perform.

The product was old not good

Packaging is normal, similar to other brands. Smells and taste close enough to milk powder and is not bitter for raw whey. Mixablity is slightly above average, found minute lumps, perhaps because I did not used shaker and stirred it normally with a spoon. Serving scoop is almost accurate. You could feel immediate effect, a bit relief in the muscles and would not feel hungry for hours. Only down side is that Amino profile is not mentioned in the packaging but is given here on Amazon (except for a reference in the packaging that naturally occurring Amino acids are present).

Be fit

This is my most preferable protein since I began my fitnes journey. I rely on it because it's one of the most affordable and effective protein.The protein from Glanbia is of superior quality.• It provides a great amount of protein per scoop and the number of scoops per packet (33) are also more than many other brands.• The solubility of protein is good when you mix it well otherwise it may form some lumps (I used to mix it in glass using a spoon).• The taste of this protein is acceptable as it's raw whey, but it doesn't have any foul or bad smell. It is easily drinkable.
