After removal of the original aerator, tried to attach the diverter valve with the rubber gasket provided. Wouldn’t tighten up adequately to seal properly. Looking at the threads of the diverter valve shows less threaded section than the original aerator. Barely two threads will engage. Any tension on the hose, or slightly bumping the diverter at all causes the valve to loosen and leak. The shower head itself does work well.Update: The seller contacted me regarding my review within a day of posting. They were completely professional in their customer service approach, and seemed genuinely concerned about the quality of the product they sell, and that their customers are satisfied with the purchase. For this alone I am increasing the star rating of my original review. We were able to resolve the issue that I am satisfied with. I couldn't ask for more from any seller as a follow-up.

I actually needed a dish rinser, but they all needed a plumber to install. I thought that a hair rinser would work, so I found this and ordered it from Amazon. I tried it on dishes, as well as the grill I cooked a steak on, and it worked great for removing food and grease from the things!

I was expecting to have to mount this to the wall, so I didn't look for how it mounted. When I received it I found it uses adhesive to mount. I did not trust the adhesive would hold based on the weight of the faucet and my textured wall. I used anchors and screws to mount to the wall. I have more confidence it will hold with the screws. Other than the mounting, the faucet works well. I use it in my garage on my utility sink.

Our kitchen faucet failed in the middle of the night. There was water everywhere. All we had was a still-in-the-box bathroom faucet. We ordered this to make it possible to actually fit a dish under the water. It was cheap. It arrived the next day and IT WORKS WELL! It has different spray settings and a nice long cord. I don't know how long it's going to be with use but I like it!!!! It is highly recommended.

Did not fit utility tub spigot without buying an additional adapter at local hardware store. Directions were poor. The shower set still leaks no matter how installed. Very disappointed

I thought this was great for a while, but the diverter switch started getting harder and harder to turn. I finally had to put all my strength on it to turn the water from one direction to the other. It finally broke right off, your left with a sprayer and no way to use it.

We added this to our wash basin near our laundry room and we absolutely love it, we can rinse off certain things we need to and its so handy. Very sturdy and easy to install would definitely purchase one again if needed.

Mine was used… dried water droplets over the head of the shower part where water comes out. Also minute scratches. I had to keep switching ends of the hoses because they didn’t seem to screw properly. The two different washers must be noticed carefully. One is thicker than the other. The thicker one needs to go into the adaptor while the thinner one can go into the handle of the shower head. Just got it so I have no idea how long it’s going to last but I do like the adjustable spray choices on the showerhead. There were no instructions so I was glad that I’ve done a tiny bit of my own minor plumbing ***EDITED: I decided to return it because I’ve realized I didn’t really need it. I tried twice to contact the seller with no response. Beware… If you’re not sure you want this

I bought my first one back in last March and used it well for a year. The lever got stuck and broke off today so I guess it gave out. I'm writing this review as I'm buying a second one. The water leftover in the head would leak down a bit after using it but because I'm a splashy dish washer to begin with and I clean the sink area thoroughly after it really wasn't a major problem. It's a really good value for its price. I was very happy with it in the last year and it was a tremendous help in the kitchen!

The size was good. It was cute. It was very easy to install. It came with all of the parts that it said it would. But the box did not come with instructions which I found very annoying. And no matter what I did it leaked. I even had a plumber come and try to install it for me and he said that it was cheaply made. I feel like if they had better parts made of not plastic this would be an amazing product

The sprayer is good. The hose is fine as is the holder. The diverter on the other hand is bad. I have another diverter in another location that I bought separately that works great, but the one in this kit sucks - leaks and hard to turn. Was spraying everything when the on position so unfortunately will have to buy a new piece.

As we don't have a tub in our house, we need to wash our pooch in the sink. This faucet helps us with that so much.
