I've used this drill twice a week since I got in in February & it's still going strong. Does a great job on my gel nails & just discovered today how great it is to use the drum bit with a clean coarse band on my dog's nails. It's so much quieter than the dog files we've tried that he doesn't mind it at all. Now off to buy him his own box of file bands since I use medium grit with the drum bit on mine. Happy customer!

I got it two months ago and stopped working, I put my complaint here and the stuff immediately help me with my warranty, after some questions and a video, they told me it will arrive in about 3-7 days.. Today is the fourth day and I got a brand new machine working perfectly.Staff was helpful and nice. It's not very strong, and using it on acrylics takes a while. The rougher band files (2 included) work pretty well. All the metal ones are pretty smooth though- can tap the files to my finger tips and not break skin at the highest settings. It works all right, but I was hoping it'd be a little stronger. Also the wand gets warm at the highest setting after a minute or two. Feels like it strains the motor inside the wand.

My daughter loves doing nails for herself, her sister and for myself. She uses it mainly for acrylics cause it’s easier and it’s better and convenient to use this instead of a regular nail file because it’s more hygienic. Good product.

So I ordered this product a couple months back and when they delivered it they left it on the driveway entrance, one of my family memebers ended up running it over with the car and the box was completely smashed but to our surprise the machine was completely fine! it just had the smallest dent by the air vent but you could barely see it and the product it’s self works amazing and is super smooth !

I was expecting more power

Iv only had the nail drill for 4 months and with in the second month it started making noises and then it will randomly stop and wont even turn on somtimes . I have to flip the switch to get it to go multiple times. Not impressed.

Against some of the other reviews I purchased this item. I haven't had any issues with it. It is powerful enough to do acrylic nails and I'ved used it probably 6x without any problems.
