Good fence nails
Bought because they aren't supposed to cause black marks on my new cedar fence. As other reviewers have noted, they are unavailable for purchase at any local big box or small hardware store. They are almost like ring shank nails and hold the boards well. They only drawback is they are a little expensive for 120 nails.

Too big to use with aluminum tree tags
Offered as a cross-sell for "Round Numbered Aluminum Tags". Aluminum nails for aluminum tags? Great idea. However, the nail diameter is too wide for the tag. If I were Kaiser and Amazon promoted this cross sell, I would be unhappy. Also, after the fact, I learned that the nails should be at least 3.5 inches long to give the tree room to grow.

AMAZON TO THE RESCUE
My poor husband was calling all over town looking for these particular nails for our new privacy fence. These nails are important because they do not rust and run stains down the wooden fence. We couldn't believe that NO ONE in the large city of Houston, Texas, didn't even know what we were talking about! My husband went to or called Home Depot, Lowes, even our neighborhood Ace didn't carry them. So, I suggested AMAZON and there they were! And ACE Hardware online had them, which was a puzzle since the Ace in our neighborhood didn't have a clue. Now our fence will be and STAY beautiful with the proper nails to keep it that way.

Good Tree Nails - don't bend easy
Using for tree tags and reducting damage to tree bark and trunks. Don't bend as easy as rounded shaft nails when pounded into Sycamore and Oak trees.

Great nails. No rust streaks.
I was putting up a fence and did not want rust streaks. I found these nails on amazon and they have done the trick. Recommend.

Strong and Ribbed
Amazing - these nails give me confidence; they are ribbed almost with a screw thread so I feel they won't pop out of wood after being hammered in; lightweight, strong, easy to pound in. As long as they don't bleed down my fence I'll be 100% satisfied.

Worked Great!
Not easy to buy locally. The major big box hardware stores did not carry these. Definitely a must have if you are doing a cedar fence or similar.
