A lovely crunchy, organic celery.It's 'Monterey' variety, and produce of Spain. You get about 5-6 stalks.Great as a crunchy nibble to have with a dip such as hummus. Or, equally nice in a salad or in a stew. I really like it as an addition to a fish pie. Just lightly fry the celery in oil to soften, then line the base of your pie dish with it.I was still eating it 2 weeks past its best before date, and so long as it's kept in the fridge, it will lose none of its crunchiness.I would happily buy again.I hope you found this review helpful.
