The tires are the correct size as described. Don't know about quality because I just installed them.

Fits Razor e300 perfectly!
Worked perfect for our e300. Very good quality. fit on a v41+ e300 scooter with a smaller stock tire. Smooth ride and much bigger compared to stock.
