ETA: I have to edit this review and take away 2 stars. We are on our 2nd one of this tablet. The first one we had was absolutely great. Definitely worth 5 stars and being raved about. It was so great that when my son accidentally broke the screen after 2 1/2 years of use, I bought a new one that night. However, the new one we received has been subpar. I mention in my review below about certain features that we loved about the 1st one we owned, that are not available on the new one. But taking away 2 stars is because of how it has been working. The battery on the new one we got is terrible. It dies so quickly. With the old one, if my son had a heavy use day, I'd usually have to plug it in to charge it back up around dinner time. (I kept it in power saving mode and always had the notifications set to do not disturb). The new one dies multiple times a day, even with normal to moderate use. The new one also gets very hot at a certain spot up by the camera at times. It hasn't burned my son, but it definitely seems unsafe or like a potential fire hazard. There are also random times where it just won't charge. If I wait and try again later it will work, so idk what's causing it. Due to all these issues, I have decided to return the new one and just pay out of pocket to fix the screen on the original one I bought. For reference buying another one only cost me $80 and it will cost me anywhere from $100-$200 to fix the old one. It's just not worth the money I saved to keep the new one, but the original one I bought is definitely worth the money to fix it. Who knows, maybe I just got a dud. Hopefully if you decide to buy this tablet you get one like my first one, because it was amazing.Original review:This is our 2nd one. The first one held up great. Lasted past it's warranty, hence buying a new one. My son was not easy on it at all. Our first one was thrown, slammed, stepped on, and dropped often. My son was very enthusiastic and excited while using it. Unfortunately the other day he was spinning in circles to a song with the tablet in his hand and it hit a corner and the screen cracked. I ordered a new one because we both really loved it. It was very easy for him to use by himself. I was able to download other apps without any problem. We downloaded Disney movies to it for when we traveled. The only downside to the new one is that it didn't come with the preloaded ebooks. The first one we had came with lots of books including Disney books. They would read aloud to my son. He loved them. I'm disappointed that this feature is no longer offered on the dragon touch tablet.

We bought these for our kids to use while traveling (cheaper than getting an expensive in-car system). They work great. We are able to download their favorite books, games and videos, connect their headphones and away we go. The kids use them at home too and enjoy that they can play together. We have not had issues with storage space. The camera is not super good, but they enjoy using it. Every now and then the tablet will hang up and you need to reboot it. But otherwise no real complaints

The tablet was wonderful for a little over a year and then charging port broke. I reached out to the company and their customer service was amazing. They quickly responded to me and even though my tablet was out of warranty they offered to send me a replacement for a small fee. It was a real pleasure to work with them and loved how quickly I got a replacement!

Perfect toddler tablet with parental controls and ability to quickly and easily schedule and limit tablet time.

Protector cover is warped and fits poorly. Made of molded foam. The battery life is atrocious. Charges in about 15 min, from dead to full, Then dies in a half-hour's time. it was like this right out of the box. The tablet itself works fine, but I could have bought an 8" ONN from Walmart for less money and it is a much better quality product.

My mother wanted me to get a tablet type device for my 1 year old son for Christmas. Even though he did not know what exactly he got, he understands he’s able to watch Kids YouTube and play kids games. It’s very age appropriate and the battery life is just normal as any device. It connects to my phones hotspot perfectly when we go on the road and it’s a perfect thing to have for kids that need distractions or something to do. My son learns a lot from watching educational videos at home already but the specific games for him to learn cognitive things like memorizing games and etc. The only problem I have with the games are the ads and in-app purchase. Which obviously, no parent wants that for their kids. Aside from that, I think it’s a perfect first-time device for a child within age range.UPDATE 2.23.22The screen doesn’t turn on now. Have tried a lot of troubleshooting and nothing. You can hear a bit of sound but nothing anymore. Screen is just dead. I’m only going down one star because my son still loved it, I’m not going to hate something that can happen to a phone as well. That is my opinion, this device is meant for kids anyway and I’m still happy we got to enjoy it.UPDATE 12.31.22Customer service was great to me. I’m not sure if I returned it or not but they did respond as fast as they could and did what they could. Unfortunately I’ll still give it 4 stars and my review stays the same.

I purchased this tablet for my 3 year old daughter! She absolutely loves that I can download whatever game she wants off of the App Store. (Parental blocks available for purchases & app downloads) There are minimal buttons, so she never accidentally presses anything. The battery life is a little dumpy, but it works well enough to give your kid the tablet while you work around the house! The touch screen could be a bit more sensitive through the screen protector, but I bet it’s fine without it! This is 100% age appropriate for between 2-4 years. Any older & I would consider an upgrade to a bit more mature of a tablet! Overall a really great product & not disappointed in my purchase. 😊
