Best steak out there
The fillet steak is the best quality steak money can buy in my opinion. They're very tender and virtually no fat on them so ideal if you're a fussy eater and don't like grissle on your meat. The downside is they can be expensive so it would be a rare treat.

Most amazing steak
I rubbed garlic butter into these and left for 24 hours and they were the best steaks we have ever had! Absolutely perfect.

It was a bit small, I cooked it in the oven
It was cooked in foil with a head of garlic seasoned and a spray both sides of virgin olive oil. 160c for 35 mins. It was delicious one of the best steaks I have ever had.
