It gets the job done, though it has some flaws
I’ve been using this phone for a week and, while it’s not perfect, it gets the job done. The sound is decent, though sometimes I feel the volume could be a bit louder—especially when there’s background noise. I like that it’s compact and doesn’t take up much desk space, plus it looks more stylish than I expected. The display is a bit hard to read if your eyesight isn’t great, and the ringtones aren’t the nicest, but honestly, I just need to make and receive calls, and it hasn’t let me down. Setup took me a bit because the manual is tiny, but once I got through it, everything’s been working fine.

Speaker phone for land line use.
This wireless portable phone arrived very quickly. So far the battery life has been great and it was super easy to follow the directions and plug this base in to charge the battery. It comes with two AAA batteries as well.

Instructions are terrible!!!!!!!
The LCD display and the instructions are terrible. Tried many times to enter names and numbers into the phonebook. If the numbers are stored, I can't find them. The only thing that is good are the large numbers on the keypad. This will be sent back to Amazon. Can't say enough bad things about this item.

When you wish to be a customer, be sure to find out the details, not a small sight.

Phone set up
The directions are very hard to follow on how to set up your phone ie: ring tone, date/time, personal vm, speaker etc. Directions need to be more clear because the buttons on the phone are not specifically labeled, all the buttons have pictures that don’t match what you’re trying to set. Very frustrating
