Sokołów Best Silesian Sausage, 340g

These sausages are made with mostly meat and natural casings which gives you that snap when you bite into them. Not an easy thing to get sausages that snap without having tough skin, but these are perfect, exceptionally good sausages, pity I didn't buy more! I shall be buying a whole lot more and storing them!

Love it nice smoky flavour great with sautéed onions and finished with mustard sauce topping. Additionally fried sauerkraut with wild mushroom will make a fantastic meal.
