Need to pull these out daily it is nice reading something inspiring in the morning when i remember I pick one along with my son becoe we leave in the morning.

These are a really nice little card set to help start your day right. As with any mindfulness or affirmation, it can take a while to help make changes but it all starts on a very subtle sub conscious level to help bring about positivity. The only thing I would say is these are very small cards compared to others out there for the price, but I still think they are a nice and simple tool for change.

Use these everyday, the cards give uplifting meaningful messages, just ask your deck the question and the right card always pops out.

Thin cards and quality not great, but the affrimations content is very good. Packaging and cards are thin and wear quickly. And the box looks like a pack of cigaretts, which I also don't like.
