The media could not be loaded.  Just received 2 days ago and as soon as I got it I tried/put it on. I wore it all day it's super comfortable and flexible. I got it in a Size XL according to the size chart I would be a 3X but I knew I wanted a snug fit and the XL is absolutely perfect for me. For reference my measurements are as follows 40.5 Chest 46 Breast 39 in Waist 51 Hips. The material is super thick and stretchy yet somehow it fits like a second skin it doesn't bother you it's very comfortable. I was able to eat/sit/ walk even bend without any issues. I Love the design the area around the arms is super comfortable and the open breast area is nice so to not squish them. I Love the length it's long enough to cover my entire tummy area which is why I got it and I also love the fact that it combines with entire arm coverage genius idea! I'm very happy with it and already I mentioned it to my Mom and Sister and they are going to buy one for themselves as well. I highly recommend it. I like it so much already. Also a benefit I noticed is it's helping me with my posture even while jot having it on you won't regret it if you want it more lose get your usual size or size down. I sized down 2 sizes. I have a fantastic experience with this shapewear and waist trainer. My goal buying this product was to target and reduced volume of my arms at the gym, so I bought this. But my surprise was that actually my belly also got some shape while I working out on cardio. I did not use to have my curves before that and also my belly sweet when I workout with this trainer. It’s like I got 3 targets in one.I wish I could post pictures of me before the shape but I was quite oddly trying on the first time. I bought a shapewear in summer 2020, now this is for my second order, to have it extra. But there some pictures.This is the second shape-wear I bought.It is really comfortable and good quality for people with not enough budget like me. Hehehe!Super recommended!! :)

I love the fit of this and how it holds you in. I wear it when I am working out which means I am moving a bit. It could be longer as it will roll up even when tucked in your shorts or pants. Overall I love how it holds the arms in and feels really nice on the skin.

I'm actually quite sad about it. And on top of that, it kinda just makes all them roll pop out in the wrong places 😭

I gotten a medium and I'm 218 lbs. It fits very well except the back area. This garment hugs my arms which is a big plus I like it from arm lipo. The wires in th lower back pokes at my lower back onto my butt and cause mild to medium pain. I have to put face cloth where the wires poke at my lower back to not fill the pain.So this product is a hid and miss for me.

I love this waist trainer! I bought a medium back in October (32 inch waist) and wore it everyday all day along with extreme diet and exercise, and now I can fit into a small (28.5 inch waist) I now have a black one and beige one to alternate.It is very comfortable to wear all day. The arms are very tight but I have big arms lol, I’ve also lost an inch in those over the last 3 months. It works as a great undershirt to wear to work (dental hygienist) it bunches a little bit when I’m hunched over patients, but very easy to straighten once I stand up and most times it straightens itself out as I get walking.I am 5’7 and it is a bit long but that was a good thing back when I had a large tummy to cover! It still is just fine for me right now though.

The waist trainer is very comfortable, stretchy and breathable. It’s true to its size which I love. The best purchase I’ve made so far. Out of all the other waist trainers I’ve purchased before this is the best one and worth a purchase. Best prize and true to its advertisement. I don’t normally write reviews but this is one is worth a 5 star review! Ps. This does not pinch your skin it’s a very good quality material!

This is strictly my experience, what works for me may not necessarily work for you.Overall I like this product, even though I could comfortably fit medium (all the way to the fourth hook), small is what I desired for a snug fit and works for me. For size reference I’m 5’7 and 140-150 lbs.I initially bought for arm compression, which it does well, slims down without cutting off my circulation. The corset portion slims down the abdominal region nice and flat.Only cons were the back support bothering me a little (more so in the rear bottom) which really wasn’t an issue when I had the medium (maybe it’s because of back fat and/or because I got a smaller size. But not a huge issue.The other con was that if I’m wearing a close fitting top, it’ll show in the front (the corset piece)...you can see a line from underneath from the top to the bottom whew the corset begins and ends (abdominal region). I didn’t compare with a close-fitting dress, but I imagine it would be the same result. If you’re wearing a loose top or dress, you can’t see it, so not a problem there.Overall I like it and I am pleased with it—this is my honest review.
