1 out of 4 doesn't work but seller made it good
This is a difficult review to write. On the positive side, these work inside coach light fixtures where the other motion detector technology does not. They are plenty bright and the three that work pick up motion appropriately, stay on as long as motion exists and then shut off after 17 seconds when the motion has finished. Great for security around our home since I don't want the lights on all the time but also don't want anyone on our property, uninvited at night. The difficult part comes in that one of the 4 bulbs doesn't work property - it goes on and off constantly, motion or not. Moved it to another fixture but still does the same thing (all three are on the same circuit). I'm concerned that if I return it along with a good one (they come in packs of 2 so I'd have to return 2) and then get back two that don't work properly. Reading other negative reviews, the actions of the one that doesn't function properly seem to be a failure point for the product. On the other hand, once I contacted the company, they immediately made good on the defective product - best response from a seller on Amazon that I've ever experienced. I'm sure now that I will have 4 working bulbs.

It works great. Detects all motion on my property

works a little too well
Ok, i'm surprised that these flood type lamps are pretty bright. They are 5000k so they are that whiter light that is great to brighten up dark areas like my backyard. I have two bulb sockets that were mounted high near the the top corner of the roof to illuminate the backyard. So the two lamps are spaced about 45 degrees apart to shine on the whole yard. They aren't pointed down but maybe a little farther out to the corners of the yard. With that said, they are mounted pretty high, over 12' and they are detecting some sort of movement. The lights will come on every 5 seconds. Almost suspect that there's something triggering it besides movement as it's a regular cycle. I"m going to have to turn this off at night which defeats the purpose of this light as it will bother the neighbors as it flicks on and off every 5-10 seconds. So i'm going leave it on hoping that there is some sort of break in period, maybe the bulbs will get dustier and block some of the movement sensing? But i have to say, for a small light and movement sensor embedded inside the lamp itself, it sure is working beyond what i thought, as it said it should work at about 3-5 meters. Anyways, 4 stars for now as they are bright and the light is more then i need, but the motion sensor is a little bit too sensitive.Update: i put a 1" piece of electrical tape cut in half length wise on each side of the 3/4" sensor or what i assume is the sensor in the middle of the bulb face. So like 3/4" on each side i put some tape. I'm not sure if it's the tape, but at least it turns off for longer durations now. It's still detecting motion quite easily, but usually after 12am it stays off at longer intervals. So not sure what you make of that, the trees moved less? possibly. At first i put the 1" piece of tape covering the center and it didn't seem to want to turn off for whatever reason. I want to try put a few more pieces of tape on it as i think this will solve the constant on and off. i think i'll position it so it covers half that middle black looking sensor right in the center. it was windy yesterday night so it came on excessively, so i hope it's not bothering the neighbors too much. The extra pieces of tape should desensitize it a little more and i think it'll be perfect.Update2: As temps been dripping after midnight its been staying off longer. Maybe 4 hours at the longest. Usually after midnight. I still will add two more small strips of electrical tape on the other two sides blocking just a little of the center sensor to desensitize it just a bit more. There does seem to be some animal movement triggering so overall they do work.

Quick install and works great
Bought two of these to use in the outdoors sockets next to our doors. They worked great and work every time. Light sensing to prevent coming on during the day works, range is good, light is super bright. My only "problem" is that the sensing, because it's radar, works a little too good at times. These lights are outside, but one will actually come on if you come close to it inside the house. Not a big deal, just something to note. Will buy again.

It works a little too well
I ordered 2 bulbs and put one in the entryway and one in the basement. The one in the entryway works great, it senses movement outside the front door and pops on before opening the door, which was great. The other I put in my unfinished basement. I only go down there to service the furnace or for Holiday decorations. The light switch is on the other side of the room so I need to feel my way through the dark, which creeps me out. But this bulb never turned off. Every time I'd notice the door to the basement I could see light under it, so after a couple days of that I brought it upstairs to my office. That night it only turned on if myself or my cat went in the room, which was perfect. But the next morning it kept turning on. I thought it was supposed to only work dusk to dawn? My office has a big window and lets in lots of natural light. My house also has a lot of activity during the day with people coming and going so it was constantly picking up motion and turning on. It wasn't very noticeable in the daylight but still annoying enough that by noon I turned it off. That evening I turned it back on and it started turning on and off constantly. It would turn on for about 15-20 seconds and then turn off but 3 to 6 seconds later it would pop right back on again. It is only supposed to turn off when it doesn't detect movement so why would it turn off and back on again so quickly over and over again? I didn't even have air blowing in the room that would cause movement. I closed the door and went about my evening. At bedtime I checked on it and it was still doing it so I had to take it out and put it back in the box. I don't know where to put it now. So my final review is one bulb works great and the other...works too great?

Near Perfect
These bulbs worked so great that I purchased a second pair. The first pair is on my front driveway and works perfectly. They have made the perfect addition to our new home and work better than the smart home light sensors that are supposed to turn my front porch lights on when approaching the porch. These lights turn on as soon as I approach the driveway in my SUV and lights it up splendidly. The set was installed in my back patio, and it appears to sense me even through the door and turns the light on at night when there is movement inside or out. They might be a bit super-sensitive, but I prefer them that way. Great product.

Enclosed light fixture, no problem!
The radar works really well. It really does track you through a wall. Awesome 👌.

Very Functional Product
I decided to increase our exterior lighting after a spate of break-ins in the neighbourhood. New dusk-to-dawn coach lights and these motion sensing bulbs in pot lights on our veranda were an easy improvement. The bulbs sense ambient light during the daytime and therefore the low power microwave source comes alive only at night. The motion sensing feature covers quite a large area and, once triggered the bulb stays on for about 15 to 20 seconds. Re-triggering occurs as long as motion is present. These bulbs are VERY bright but obviously have no means of adjustment to sensitivity, hold times or coverage pattern.Nevertheless these should prove very useful in certain locations, both indoors and out.

buen producto
buen producto. aunque la sensibilidad es bastante alta y se enciende con movimiento de plantas, seria ideal que tuviese un regulador de la sensibilidad de detectar movimiento

Does the work pretty much as stated
I replaced the bulbs on the exterior garage lights as earlier we had to leave them on when returning late at night as our lane driveway through the neighbourhood doesn't have any street lighting & sometimes we would forget to switch them off upon return which would result in them running till the next day and assumably was annoying for our neighbours if their blinds were up. I had debated changing the whole light casing initially as there are some available in the marketplace which have motion sensors inbuilt and thus work with regular bulbs but they are pricey & I didn't really find a design I liked within my price range. So I looked for motion sensor bulbs instead as my existing lamp was working fine but the issue was that the glass in it was frosted and the bulb fitted sideways not downwards and many motion sensor bulbs only worked with clear glass and with vertical instalments where the bulb head was pointing at the floor, not the wall - till I found this one!! The motion sensor is very sensitive & it actually senses through walls, from a large distance and works with frosted glass. If it wouldn't sense through walls then I could use it on my patio as well coz' when I tried it had false triggers whenever anyone walked inside the house so had to take it off as it started to become a nuisance. Better pricing or quantity discounting could also help as I had to buy 2 packs of 2 at regular price whereas many other vendors offer better pricing for that quantity. The dawn to dusk feature also works well but during cloudy days it comes on even during daytime for the ones that have a ledge over them. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for motion-sensing lights.
