Bad effect
This had a very unpleasant heavy effect on my brain and gave me a massive cold sore.I now use the organic Cordyceps powder from Time health and it has great effect on my brain.

Quality of capsules
Quality control needed on the capsules. Was alittle disappointed even before taking them. Hopefully the quality inside the capsules will be better. As been looking forward to getting some of these and trying them.
