The directions were not perfect, but it wasn't that hard to figure out. The only thing that was tough was one of the punch out metal holes for the screws wasn't punched out. luckily, since it was in a shop, I could punch it out myself, but the average person probably wouldn't want to do that. The other one was punched out though. Otherwise, its sturdy, I put a random hand cleaner in it and it works great.

This sanitizing station is incredibly easy to build. It looks very professional and works great in our office. We put one in two of our apartment building lobbys.... it’s been about a month and we haven’t had to refill them yet. These work great!!

The media could not be loaded.  I literally just put it together and it won't stop dripping.even when its switched off.

I need a sanitation dispenser and I brought this. It's was easy to set up than I thought, and I adjusted it to the height that my children can use it easily. The base is durable, not easy to fall. Can Automate dispenses mist hand sanitizer. Worth this price!!!
