This is a terrific trampoline.First, I want to comment on the seller. The promised delivery date was 6/9 - 6/15 and the actual delivery was on 6/7. The trampoline was delivered completely two days early and the boxes were in good condition. Since I had no problems with the trampoline, I cannot comment further on H&L Direct, but in fulfillment and delivery, they are top notch.I really like the trampoline. I've had two other trampolines over the course of my life and this one is better than either of those. At 15' and having 250# weight limit, I expected the hardware to be bigger. The tubes, springs, and fittings are smaller than other trampolines. That is not a bad thing. This trampoline is ENGINEERED. Note that there are ten legs supporting the trampoline. There are 90 springs. The net support is attached to the trampoline with a pair of bolts. Once the net is hung on the support poles, the entire structure is well formed and very rigid. All of this makes the larger trampoline very bouncy and very solid to use and move. The pad is large and thick and completely covers the springs. It has a skirt that holds it tight around the circumference of the trampoline frame. The kangaroo in the middle of the mat makes it easy to stay in the middle. No one has hit the net at full force yet, but, assuming the opening is zipped, I do not see any way someone could go through the net or between the net and the trampoline pad. The structure strikes me as very safe. The only concerns I have involve the longevity of the plastic spacers between the poles and the trampoline and the plastic pole tops that hold the net in position. Not sure these will hold up to many seasons of direct sunlight. Hope I am wrong or that these are available as replacement parts.A lot of people have complained about assembly. This surprises me as I found the trampoline very easy to assemble and only needed assistance during the assembly of the base.I pre-assembled the five base legs then had my wife and son hold the ends of the unclosed frame as I added each section. Then I laid the mat on the ground and installed the springs. The springs only go in one way, so you loop them onto the mat hooks then pull them into the frame slots. The spring hook was helpful and you need to add the springs at gaps so you do not need a winch to finish the job -- all of that is in the directions. I really like the way the poles go up. Each pole is two pieces. One slips into the other and is locked by a spring loaded button. The net holders snap on top of each pole the same way. The pads slide over the pole then each pole is attached to the trampoline using an eye bolt and a standard bolt. The pad ties on with elastic straps. You do not have to tie all of them, though, because the skirt of the pad holds it over the frame. The net slips over the top of the pole then you pull elastic straps with plastic hooks under the frame and attach each plastic hook to a corresponding eyelet (the triangle things around the circumference) on the trampoline mat. People also get excited about the ladder. I installed it, but do not use it. Were I shorter, I might. It works but is tough on bare feet. If I used it, I would wrap it in some kind or pad or attach a board above the pipe.I highly recommend this trampoline as safe and fun.

Excellent service
The service for this company is excellent! We purchased the 15 ft trampoline for our four grandchildren to use daily for fun and exercise. The kids love it! After a year and half some parts needed replacing because of wear and tear and kangaroo was quick to resolve and replace the parts. The Trampoline is great but we were amazed at the service and prompt attention!

Couldn't Be Happier
We couldn't be happier with this purchase. Setup was relatively straightforward (although the written instructions were pretty bad, but once you get going it all makes sense given the parts and hardware). Most importantly, it's been safe and reliable since we bought it. Our kids love it, the safety net has held up well (and is strong enough for a grown adult to lean against or fall into (I know from experience). The basketball hoop is pretty small and not of amazing quality, but it installs easily and we love playing on it!We've had no issues, no defects, and are thoroughly enjoying this trampoline. Highly recommended.

Good solid trampoline with a couple weak points
So first off this trampoline is huge and has great bounce. The spring hoop, springs and jumping surface all seem great so far. The legs flex a little especially if your yard isn't perfectly level, but I am pretty hard on it and it seems to handle it well (drag it around yard to move for mowing etc with no issues). Keep reading for my pros and cons.Pros:1. If you've got the legs for it this thing will send you to the moon. I have cleared the height of the net with my feet several times.2. Lots of space with the net at the outer edge. Kids can sit on the padding inside while others bounce.3. You can assemble by yourself with a little thought. I managed. Nothing is too heavy, net is the only really tricky part.4. Handles the weight we have put on it well so far. I'm about 200lbs and my 4yo is about 40 and there is no way we could hurt this thing.Cons:1. My kit came one spring short. I'm not kidding one. Imagine spending a few hours assembling with your kid(s) anxiously nagging you to hurry up only to find out one of the last pieces you need isn't there. Pretty annoying. I understand it's a large number of parts, but would it kill them to include a few spare bolts and springs to avoid this issue? And yes, I'm positive I didn't lose any. I opened all boxes and assembled in a clean concrete space, nowhere to lose parts.2. Take your time when you secure the base of the net. The downside of it being outboard is there is the possibility for a small kid to slip between the net and pad if you hit it just right (wrong). Making the connections tight minimizes this issue.3. As mentioned earlier if your yard has a slight slope and you don't shim it level you can see the legs flex sideways. Recommend making sure you find a flat area for this. The spring pad seems cheap and holds water. Do not expect it to hold up to many years of outdoor weather. Seems fine so far other than taking too long to dry after rain.4. More of a complaint than an issue, the ladder is pretty cheap and tubes are too small, so if you climb it barefoot it digs into your feet a little.Overall good value for money. Will see how coating on steel parts holds up over time.

PERFECT!Cant go wrong with this!
Everything was perfect! This seller was amazing! I needed this trampoline in short notice. The seller stayed in contact with me. It was shipped right away. It does come in three packages so it can take about 5 days to receive, It arrived just in time! Easy assembly. Definitely need a strong man or two in order to get the springs on. I feel that it is extremely sturdy and very safe! Great customer service and wonderful product! We love it!! Thanks so much for everything!
