The outside amazon package looked great. No rips from shipping. When I opened my package, the product was in a clear plastic ziploc type bag and it had food all over the outside and the bag looked like it had been chewed on and ripped. The product was kind of just stuffed in there. I didn't see any stains on the product so I didn't send it back. It was likely a return from a messy home? the product itself has been great for my little girl so far. I have fit 3 queen size comforters AND all her stuffed animals in it.

We bought this for all my daughter's stuffies, because as a parent I was tired of them being all over the floor.Does it do its job? Yes, all her stuffies fit into this itemDoes it feel good to sit down on? This answer depends on who you ask. An 8 year would say it is the best seat in the house. Her mother who is not 8 years old would not recommend sitting on it unless you have someone home who can assist you out of it.Is it sturdy? Again, answers will vary. 8 Year old daughter who weighs next to nothing, very sturdy. Mother who is not tiny like daughter, yeah no. See answer above because you will need help getting out of this chair...just saying.The moral of the story here, your child is going to love it and think it is wonderful. Please don't try and relive your childhood through this thing, it will quickly remind you of your age and weaknesses.However in all seriousness the only reason it is not getting more stars is because the one part of the zipper broke off the first day we got it. I tried to reach the seller but was not successful.

I actually bought a few of these all at once in different styles. I got this one for my living room to store some of the many quilts, throw blankets, and pillows we have normally piled in a corner. It's been great at hiding away those things while being comfortable to loaf on. The size is kind of big but since it doubles as "seating" as well as storage it's nice. Our kids have their own for their rooms and they love them for being able to help control clutter from extra blankets and stuffed animals.Something to remember it's only going to be as soft as what you put in it and if you aren't strategic in how you fill it it can be lumpy.

The kids leave it open. BUT it holds a ton of stuffed animals. Way more than I originally thought. I had to use 2 sitting pillows (second picture) to fill it.

I stuffed mine with extra blankets so it does double duty as storage and seating. It gets sat on a lot and, so far, it has held up well.

The instructions say to buckle the inflatable pillow in then inflate. We did that and not even an hour later the inflatable part ripped. Can't even get a new one without sending the ripped one back which is more work on me!

Used more stuffed animals than I expected to fill the bag but the strap is really flimsy

Soft, cute and has a lot of room. Lots of medium size stuffies fit taking them off the floor. My daughter loves how she can sit on it and it be comfy.

My daughter is absolutely in love with hers! Nice and soft, great quality, and pretty damn big.
