Massage Table Bed Stationary Professional Tilt Adjustable with Storage 3 Section (White)

my bed no longer can adjust all the way down without being crooked, the brackets underneath the headrest don't go all the way down and the hinges under the bed is falling off. It is probably going to be more of a hassle to return because I didn't keep the box and it is super heavy to lift and I needed help to assemble.I have had this bed for 10 days and it is no longer in working condition and I am out of a bed I need for work.

UPDATE: the company got back to me quickly and resolved all issues.I don’t find this any more sturdy than a fold up table. Very disappointed with the quality for the outrageous price. I use the word outrageous because after using it a few times now I would not have paid more than half the cost knowing what I know now. Looks nice and better than my fold up table so I will use it but when ever I can afford to upgrading I most certainly will be. I have the leg and the back rest propped a bit to take pressure off my clients backs, and one of my clients just got off the table and it made the leg rest collapse. I’m just generally very frustrated with this. If you are wanting to spend your money UPGRADING to a stationary table. Don’t get this one.

We are currently using these as facial and massage beds/tables and they look beautiful in our spa. Great customer service, we had an issue with one of our beds and the company was quick to offer replacement parts but once they realized the problem was with the frame they issued me a new bed.

Beautiful table , easy to assemble my husband did it in about 35 minutes .. the head rest part was kind of crappy couldn’t get it to stay in one position tightly so I am not using it , the material on the bed is very soft and comfy , it’s nice and wide and I love the lower shelf underneath. The knee raise section is strange when you try and raise it the whole cushion comes off the bed so you have to do it slow at the bend .. but it’s ok .. overall I really like this table I would recommend!

This was a huge mistake! DO NOT purchase this bed. We purchased it for use in our day spa location. It is poorly manufactured and squeaks constantly during a deep tissue massage, regardless of how often or how tightly you tighten the screws that secure it together. The holes for the head rest are also a problem. Since the day we bought it the head rest would move or fall out. We tried to contact the manufacturer and the seller, neither one of them bothered to respond. We purchased a new standard head rest to replace the one that came with it. It still is too loose in the holes provided, they were drilled too large I think. We have had to resort to wrapping tissue and tape around the arms of the head crate to keep it from moving.Finally, the face hole in the bed, which we don't use ever, has a filler piece that's too small to stay in place also, it keeps falling through the bed and leaving an uncomfortable hole.

At first i like it alot way that looks.This table is very nice and prefect for the spa services and very usfull for what i work.But.Only thing i don't like about is....Not strong enough. After couple of weeks later. Whole bed starting shaking like a loosing a part. So i have to check so often make sure is okay with my client before the service. The arm rest broken already. The wood for arm rest was too weak.I wish the table make more stronger. Than, i would give 5stars.
