first cup is very weak
I've been eating more sugar than I would like to eat and understand that cinnamon may confer some insulin-related benefits, so I bought a bag of cinnamon tea to enjoy every morning. Unfortunately, the first bag I bought was Vietnamese cinnamon and I learned that the coumarin levels of non-Ceylon cinnamon could be problematic, so I looked for some Ceylon cinnamon tea and found this one. I just made my first cup (1 tsp for about 10 oz of boiling water), letting it steep for 15 minutes and it tastes like water that happened to be in the same room as a cinnamon stick. In fact, I think a cinnamon stick steeped in a mug of boiling water for 15 minutes would have more flavor than this cup of tea. I'm going to double the amount of tea I use in my next mug and see if that helps, but -- based on how weak this 1 tsp tastes -- I'm pessimistic. I guess the small upside is that the two bags in the outer bag are pretty small, so I expect to run through them pretty quickly (or just throw them in the compost bin) and move on to a different Ceylon tea with better flavor.

It's just ok.....
The cinnamon flavor in tea brewed as stated in the directions is not near as robust as one would expect. It's not bad, I guess I was hoping for a rich deep flavor and I was disappointed.

Excellent Taste
Although it is a bit expensive in my opinion, and does not have much scent at first, it actually tastes grand after a couple of minutes of infusion. I use a level teaspoon in a large cup.
