High quality stainless steel
Great for slow roasting and smoking ribs and chicken. Use charcoal chimney and pour into basket. Water will heat and keep meat moist, easy to refill. Can add wood for smoking. Great results.

Heavy Metal
Sturdy is an understatement with this basket. It is thick, heavy and strong. The water reservoir is a feature you won’t find with some of the less expensive brand offerings making it more versatile with various cooking methods.Easy to use and great design make it well worth the money.

Excellent Charcoal Divider/ Holder
I used this for the first time the other day and it works great. It holds a large amount of charcoal, much more than the little Weber holders I've been using. It's still a learning curve for me but one thing I can tell right off the bat is that I won't need to use as much charcoal for low and slow cooks such as ribs. Well worth the money.

Great alternative to the S&S
The Onlyfire Stainless Charcoal Basket is a very well-built accessory that adds great value to any grill setup. The construction feels solid, and it’s clear that it was made to withstand high heat and extended use. One thing I appreciate is the design, which includes plenty of ventilation holes. These ensure proper airflow for better, more even burns and make controlling the temperature a lot easier. However, I wish I had paid closer attention to which kettle I own. I use a Weber Jumbo Joe, and unfortunately, the basket doesn’t fit perfectly. This is absolutely not the fault of the basket, but rather my own oversight. Despite this, I’ve still found it functional with some adjustments.Overall, this is a high-quality charcoal basket that performs as advertised, and I’d recommend it to anyone - just make sure you’ve got the right grill for it!

Great for smoking on a Weber
Was a perfect fit for my 22 inch Weber kettle. Divides my charcoal and creates great indirect heat for smoking.

Well made item. Lots cheaper than the name brand!
If you don't need the luxury of a removable water reservoir, then this is the one for you to use with your Weber or other 22" charcoal kettle grill. Well made of heavy gauge steel, welds looks sturdy. Looking forward to see how it does when I smoke brisket. I think the perimeter water reservoir may be superior to the one running straight down the middle. Guess I'll find out soon.

This has changed my life!!!!
Having downsized to a condo, I had only room to bring my Weber 22” grill, but I no longer had space to fit my smokers.I had a hankering for brisket this last 4th of July and YouTubed someone using a grill and sear and thought I’d try to see if it could handle my 13lb brisket.I soaked apple wood chunks 2 days prior and used the liquid from that wood in the liquid reservoir on the grill and sear and plus I added 3 small foil drip pans on the other side of the grill and filled with the same liquid.I wanted to stress the importance of doing this because the reservoir on the grill and sear almost fully evaporated about 2 hours in.I only used one load from my charcoal chimney and layered the drained soaked wood in the charcoal side along with the hot coals, added the grill and set the brisket on the other side, over the drip pans I added. After about 6 hours, the smoke/fire was still going strong enough, especially if feeding a few wood chunks here and there.I took it off after 6 hours, wrapped in foil and put it in the oven at a low heat for a little while longer and after about 8 hours, it was beautiful.Perfect crust, the lovely pink smoke ring and the taste!I would have shared a pic if my greedy little greasy fingers wouldn’t have been covered in brisket drippings long enough.I cannot recommend this enough for anyone looking to covert their Weber to a real smoker.
