I've been looking for a quick morning meal, and these are great! I love Korean food, so these are great. For the money, they aren't particularly worth it, since you only get 5 packs, but they are tastey. It kind of tastes like liquefied cereal or oatmeal, and has the consistency of a protein shake. I bought both flavors and both are good. I use mine with oat milk or almond milk, but you could probably use dairy milk too.

So delicious! I was a little weary because I’m not a huge oatmeal fan, but it was so good. I’d recommend for anyone like me that needs breakfast on the go!

Packaging of the product is very nice but the taste is too sugary and stale tasting.

It is very reliable for one meal.But the amount is too small.i think there should be at least 30in one box

I really wanted to like it to have a healthier breakfast, but it just doesn't taste that good.
