Simple to fit
Bought to create new opening in extra downpipes. They are the correct product but lack any leaf guards, had to buy separate type of guards as couldn't find any to fit these as the original ones had. But disappointed but they are well made.

Great gadget
Great little gadget worked perfectly on the guttering to create a new down pipe. Very easy to fix with the correct hole cutter.

Highly efficient connector to add a downpipe
This is a highly efficient connector for adding a downpipe to flat bottomed guttering. You do need a 60mm hole cutter to make it fit well, and I added a little OB1 sealant to ensure no leaks. Highly recommended

Flawed design, but did the job
As mentioned in the other review, this design is flawed, but in the other hand I couldn't find anything else on the market like this, so I modified it to work and it ultimately did the job.I bought some 3mm rubber to make my own washer. 3mm was only just thick enough, I'd recommend 4mm to be sure.I put my home made washer under the supplied round rubber washer, raising it up.With the modification, it means the lip doesn't go through the hole, which means there is nothing to centre this. You have to be very careful to ensure you tighten it centered otherwise it won't make a good seal.I am a bit worried that with expansion and contraction with the weather it might work itself to the side leaving a gap for water to escape.I think the ultimate solution would be to increase the depth of the finger grips on the top and allow the lip to come through. Yes it would be 4-5mm raised inside the gutter, but I don't think that's a big issue. It would keep it centered and wouldn't require making a new rubber washer.I had to use a lighter to bend the legs of a gutter guard to fit this, as it's considerable smaller inside diameter than the usual 68mm pipe. Also it doesn't make a great fit to 68mm downpipe, it's far too slack. I used gutter sealant to hold it in place and put a screw through too to hold it in place.

Does what it supposed to do..
Male part of component a little short, only just manages to connect, time will tell. Hopefully ok.

it works
Well reading the other reviews thought it might be a problem but no all fine, no instructions but two parts so pretty simple, note though only good for flat based guttering, so measured hole size (on the screw part use the base to measure hole size (dont use the width of the screw but the base) then cut hole in gutter and screw the top into it the bottom piece can then be screwed on and tightened to form the seal) worked fine no problems and i was impressed with it in so far as the thing does what it said
