I got really bad anxiety from it. I suffer from pmdd and they suggested this might help. Don't take!!!! Super bad anxiety and I don't have anxiety

It was a bottle of 30 capsules not 40, so the product is good but seems overpriced compared to any other seller

This really helped with the anxiety/irritability that comes with PMDD. However, with my anxiety gone, it really increased my depression. According to my doctor it’s really common for depression to present more once anxiety is gone. So just fyi if you struggle with anxiety/depression like I do.

I take along with the happy gummies which work wonders!!! Ive had anxiety in social situations for a few years and after i take these i feel calm and comfortable… unfortunately i had to stop taking them i had very bad heart palpitations after taking these i only took them for 4 days and they work so well I switched yo another brand without dong quai in it because after some research i read it could cause palpitations. Evrey one is different they worked so good im disappointed i couldbt continue to take them but it wasnt worth the risk

Tried so many over the counter products that did nothing! This really works!! I have used olly melatonin for years and decided to try their miss calm. Their products are usually the best. Just saying
