Great to limit teeth grinding
There is no doubt that this apparatus helps with limiting the teeth grinding. Although, it is not attached to your mouth per se, it has never fallen out of my mouth during the night. The problem I have is that I cannot close my mouth at all and I have to sleep with my mouth semi-opened resulting in having a really dry mouth in the morning. It also takes some getting use to, as the first few nights wearing it, my jaw was aching. Small price to pay for limiting riding and potentially cracked teeth.

Helpful when you can’t go to a dentist for one
I’m a massive teeth grinder in my sleep.I bought this because on nights that were particularly bad, I’d wake up with a sore jaw and of course, over time, my teeth have cracked and crumbled.This did help me relax my jaw and stop tensing it, but I often pulled it out in my sleep.At first, it also made me drool a lot too.

Brilliant for Bruxism!
I am a chronic teeth grinder, over the years I've spent a small fortune in night guards and I still go through them. Dentist made ones cost hundreds and last about 6 months with me. I discovered Sleep Rite Dura Comfort some years ago on a TMJ site and I've been using them ever since, they are comfortable, easy to wear and effective. I still go through about one every 6 months but these are so much more affordable.

Very difficult to hold in the mouth without biting on the sides.
I have tried to seep a couple of times with this device, the issue mostly is it does not stay in place , just very loose in the mouth and quite unsettling trying to fall asleep. I think the basic principle is very good otherwise I would not have bought on, it is very expensive and I do not feel would last that long!!

Couldnt sleep without one
I buy this on a regular basis. Usually, every 3 months or so. I dont think it's false economy as I chewed through the dentist ones at just the same rate but they are more expensive.I guess the downside of these is that they dont all fit the same around the front of the lower teeth/gum, but I have got so used to wearing them it is a minor issue for me.
