Pleasantly surprised
It is a USB C, not thunderbolt which is the main let down. This does restrict usage a little. I will start with the consCons:The case gets quite warm, it feels like coated metal similar to pc cases. Plastic parts also get warm. This makes me question how long it will last. I also wonder that reason it gets hot is it has no power brick, so the 100watts is being handled within the unit itself. It has a 'power button' but at least on my unit, it does nothing! Also powered on as soon as you plug the USB C cable in from the mains.Pros:Small, light. No power brick, just the unit, so easier to transport, just need a USB plug that can supply 100watts and 1 extra cable (if include the original) to power a laptop or connect to a PC.According to the windows display settings it is showing to push 165Hz at 3440x1440p on my 34inch wide-screen monitor which is amazing as that's the max the monitor can do (see photo, sorry it's a rubbish quality). The ports seem fast and responsive, haven't had a connection issue yet.I was worried as I wanted a dock that could do 1440p wide-screen at 120+ Hz which it seems to be doing so impressed, especially at the discounted price

One or two minor problems but it's working quite well now
I use this device to connect the power, 2 monitors (one 4k UHD and one full hd) mice, keyboards, webcam to my Dell Latitude 5440 laptop. I had some initial problems that the screens would blackout for a few seconds at a time with power running through the device to my laptop, but replacing the supplied USB 4 cable resolved this.I contacted Mokin support online via email/chat. We never spoke in real time due to the time difference between they're location and the UK where I am located, but they did try to be helpful and gave me instructions on updating the devices firmware. There is still an outstanding issue. The device claims to be able to run two 4K monitors at 60hz. But on my device with one 4k monitor plugged into one display port and a lower res 1080 full hd display plugged into the other display port, the 4k monitor only refreshes at 30hz RGB. The 4k monitor can only get 60hz refresh rate when used with the other display if connected to the hdmi, but then it less usable for most work as it is not an RGB signal then, so text does not display very sharply or clearly whereas it is at least a good quality image at 30hz RGB via the display port and is quite usable like that. The 4k monitor does run at 60hz RGB usably via either port if it is the only monitor connected, though not at quite as high a number of bits as when connected directly to the laptop.Mokin support collected info on the models of my monitors and laptop and showed me how to generate a list of supported resolutions and refresh rates of my monitors for them to use as diagnostic info and said they would investigate to see if there is anything further they can do as they would have expected the device to be able to manage these demands.I've since been told they may not have a resolution to my lack of 4K 60hz refresh rate with two monitors connected with my specific setup very soon, but they did offer me either a full refund to return the device or a partial refund if I'm willing to keep the device anyway. I went for the partial refund as I'm not sure how easily I'd find a better hub in a similar price band that would definitely exceed its real life specs and despite these minor issues I am otherwise happy enough with its current performance. But apart from the above issues I am now able to have all my peripherals plugged into the device and just one cable to plug into my Dell laptop and it is reliable so far. So much nicer than before now that I only have to unplug one cable from the laptop when I need to disconnect from the desktop equipment and take the laptop elsewhere.Despite minor issues using the Mokin hub with the dell latitude 5440, the Mokin hub worked fine with the supplied usbc cable and just one monitor when used with my 5 or 6 year old hp spectre 360 laptop, which only supports driving up to one 4k monitor per usb c port.My dogs enjoyed eating the box.

Wireless keyboard 2.4g causes issues had to unplug receiver before the screens would workd
I was a little disappointed with this device. I previously owned a smaller dock/hub that worked perfectly. However, I decided to upgrade to this one because it offered additional functionality that I thought would be useful. Unfortunately, when I plugged everything in as I had done before, the screens wouldn’t appear in the display settings. I tried it on two different brand laptops, both of which had worked flawlessly with my previous dock/hub.I went through a troubleshooting process: I powered everything down, unplugged all the cables from the dock, and then powered up the dock with just the laptop connected. Next, I plugged in the screens one at a time, and they were detected and functioned properly. However, when I added my wireless keyboard receiver, things took a turn. After a short wait, the keyboard and mouse froze. Frustratingly, the leaflet/instructions mentioned that 2.4GHz keyboards could cause issues. In the end, I had to give up on using the dock for my keyboard and resort to plugging the receiver directly into the laptop. This defeats the purpose of having a dock. Additionally, the power button on the dock only controls the dock itself and doesn’t boot up the laptop, unlike an OEM dock would.

Unreliable
Nice looking unit and appears well built but has problems which create frustrations and danger of lost data1. plugging in USB devices causes screen to flicker / disconnects2. plugging in USB devices causes other USB drives to disconnect3. Screen stability good under MACOS but unstable under Windows 11 with NVIDIA discrete graphics 4060 with most recent gaming and productivity driversUnable to recommend because of the intermittent connectivity issues

Absolutely complete waste of money
I bought this expensive piece of equipment considering the fact that it will be a better piece of equipment for day to day part of working from home. It turns out to be complete waste of money and giving me more problem then any solution at all. It does abruptly disconnect the display screen, it does flicker in between a lots without any interference. Need to switch on and off to make it work more often. Absolutely waste of money. Not worth it all.

Display Ports don't work
If the display ports worked it would be great. the HDMI port does, as do the USB and intranet, but Display ports don't function. Tried on several machines and swapped into working display port setups, and failed on all of them. returned for refund.
